Is it God’s will that everyone is healed, saved and delivered?
Short answer: YES.
In the Gospels of Matthew and Mark the last thing Jesus tells his apostles is what we know as the Great Commission.
14 Later He appeared to the eleven as they sat at the table; and He rebuked their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who had seen Him after He had risen. 15 And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He who believes and is baptised will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. 17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 18 they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” (Mark 16:14-17)
16 Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had appointed for them. 17 When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some doubted. 18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen. (Matthew 28:16-20)
Save, heal, deliver and make disciples has been given to us as our great commission. The definition of commission is; a group of people entrusted by an official body with authority to do something.
I think to an extent, some people know that we have been giving authority to save, heal, deliver and make disciple for us to fulfil our great commission. Some others deep down on their hearts want to believe so, and there are few that aren’t sure at all.
As believers, followers, sons and daughters of the living God we need to walk in the authority given to us. However, to truly walk in it we have to know what is already ours. He paid the price with his blood. The authority is ours. This knowledge will keep one from doubting or wondering if it’s truly God’s desire for His people to be whole and healthy. You must know that you know that you know, then nothing can steal your miracle.
In the Old Testament the Temple of the Lord held His presence and power. He calls us His temple. “Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?” (1 Corinthians 3:16)
Therefore, He flows through our veins and when He takes residence in us, no sickness, infirmity or disease can co-exist. The power is in the knowing of the two-edged sword, His word is alive and when spoken with conviction manifests that which is impossible.
When you know that God is a good God and his promises are a yes and amen, a fire inside of you begins to burn and you get full understanding and knowledge of what Jesus Christ did on the cross.
The cross is not a ticket to salvation, it is a gift for all. It set us free and empowered us to live the life He wants us to live through the power of the Holy Spirit. A life where we are saved, healed and delivered through grace and by faith we live it out for others.
If you are asking the questions; why haven’t I been healed? Or Why I am still going through this?
Don’t lose sight of the hope that is in you, the hope that has been given to us. Have a confident expectation of what God has promised and find strength in His faithfulness.
Praise Him even more when you haven’t seen your healing yet, giving Him thanks that is already there.
Remember, His time is not our time and we wait on Him with joy knowing that the victory is already ours.
I encourage you today, to seek knowledge and understanding of who you are in Christ and ask yourself; are you expecting a miracle when you pray or are you doubting in your heart? Are you praying for a wish? or are you giving thanks for a promise that is already a yes and Amen?

The Way of the Wilderness
I believe that the Exodus story has many, many parallels to the Christian walk of faith. God delivered us from our Egypt of sin and death, and He brought us out into a moment of intimacy at our Sinai so that we could understand who He is and our relationship with Him before we try to conquer our Promised Land.
Who Is Speaking To My Healing?
An absolute victory of the healing and wholeness of the cross -whether it be, physical, spiritual, or emotional- is not that God can heal you once, but that He can do it again and again and again; His love through healing never ceases.
